For more detail, visit our website www.rrayze.com Position: HR Executive Location – Golf Course EXT, Sector-58, Gurugram No of Positions – 5 Department : Human Resource Education- MBA Requirements:  Be actively involved in end to end recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting on various job portals and managing the hiring process  Experience in shortlisting candidates from Naukri Resdex  Shortlist candidates profiles according to the required job description  Interview candidates and assess candidates whether their skill sets are as per the requirement  Schedule interview of selected candidates  Co-ordination with client  Issue offer letter to selected candidates  Create and implement effective on boarding plans  Maintain documentation of candidates  Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements  Assist in performance management processes Requirements  Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)  Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus  Good knowledge of using LINKEDIN & Tools  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Strong ethics and reliability Please share your CV @ hr@rrayze.com
