Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager F&B in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve efficient service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory and supplies of food and beverages, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
