F & B Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service Excellence:

- Deliver personalized and attentive food & beverage service to clients and guests, reflecting luxury retail standards and Sabyasachis brand ethos.

- Create a memorable in-store experience through curated hospitality.

Hygiene & Presentation:

- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness across all F&B service areas.

- Ensure aesthetic and brand-aligned presentation of snack items, beverages and crockeries.

Inventory Management & Replenishment:

- Monitor daily usage and consumption of all F&B materials, including beverages, snacks, serveware, and consumables.

- Manage timely replenishment and ensure zero stockouts during operational hours.

Brand Representation & Grooming:

- Uphold high standards of grooming, personal presentation, and conduct at all times, aligned with Sabyasachis brand image.

- Display discretion, professionalism, and etiquette suitable for a luxury clientele.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  3 to 4 years of experience in premium hospitality or boutique hotel environments with direct F&B service exposure.

• Qualification:

  Graduate in any discipline. Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients gracefully.
• Basic understanding of premium teas, coffees, and non-alcoholic beverages.
