Raw Material Quality Management: - Develop and implement quality control standards for fabric and trims, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality benchmarks. - Perform quality inspections and testing of raw materials, identifying defects or inconsistencies, and taking corrective actions. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to align raw material specifications with production requirements. - Evaluate and approve new suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and sustainability standards. Process Quality Assurance: - Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure consistency in quality outputs. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive measures for process deviations. - Develop and maintain SOPs and quality assurance documentation for processes. - Train and mentor team members to maintain a strong quality-oriented culture. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: - Build and maintain relationships with fabric and trim suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials. - Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Production, and Sourcing to ensure alignment of quality objectives. - Conduct periodic audits at vendor facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and process improvements. - Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and vendor performance.
