The Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and onboarded effectively. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management to support the organization's hiring needs across various departments.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on role-specific criteria.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage candidate communications.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and talent availability.
- Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand and improve candidate engagement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, pipelines, and candidate data.
- Prepare and present hiring metrics and reports to leadership.

- Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the fashion, or luxury industry.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, market trends, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment platforms.
