Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F & B Associate at Regenta Hilltop. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer complaints.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
