F & B Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. As an F&B Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guest.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous Banquet Experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
