Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous, professional, and well-presented Front Office Associate to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors. Your responsibilities will include handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, answering guest inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately. Manage guest reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions. Process payments and maintain accurate records using the property management system. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. Uphold the hotel’s policies, procedures, and standards at all times. Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to a high standard of customer service. Requirements: Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in the hotel industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Position Summary: The Front Office Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk. This position is responsible for supervising daily activities, maintaining guest service standards, and supporting front office staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest services. Ensure all guest interactions are handled in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Train, coach, and support front desk staff to uphold brand standards and deliver excellent service. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, escalating as necessary. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Monitor daily shift operations and ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures. Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
