Our mission is to help businesses automate preconstruction workflows, improve operations, and drive revenue through simple, powerful, industry-focused products.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly proactive Assistant Manager - Events Marketing to lead and scale our events, webinars, and co-marketing efforts with partners. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in events, marketing operations - someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, makes sharp decisions under pressure, and brings both creative thinking and operational discipline.You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other cross-functional marketing team members to execute high-quality tradeshows, webinars, media opportunities, and PR programs, while continuously improving internal processes and elevating our brand presence.Key ResponsibilitiesEvents Marketing & Tradeshow OperationsOwn end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, and webinarsCoordinate booth set up, collaterals, vendor management, giveaways, logistics, shipping, and on-ground supportDevelop event timelines, budgets, post-event reports, and lead handover with clear success metricsWork cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Marketing team members to maximize event ROIWebinar & Campaign ExecutionLead the operational setup of webinars: speaker coordination, prep calls, scripts and talk tracks, dry runs, platform setup, and attendees/registrants follow-up workflowsMaintain and optimize the annual webinar calendar and creative formatsCoordinate with design for creatives and ensure flawless executionEmail CampaignsSupport and optimize email campaigns via HubSpot and Mailchimp, including segmentation, QA, automation triggers, and reportingEnsure data hygiene and maintain accurate marketing lists and customer segmentsCo-Marketing, PR & SponsorshipsExecute co-marketing opportunities with partners, sponsorships, and publication collaborationsManage timelines with media outlets, PR partners, and content contributorsAssist in preparing PR assets, pitches, award submissions, and speaking opportunitiesProject & Process ManagementMaintain marketing trackers, calendars, and standard operating proceduresImprove workflows for repeatable, scalable event and campaign executionTrack budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination across event and PR programs
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong project management and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoom, Google Workspace
- High attention to detail - able to spot risks, inconsistencies, and operational gaps early
- Strong ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and solutions-driven
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making in dynamic environments
