Asst. Manager - Corporate Sales


Your Key Responsibilities -


Pre-Sales –

·        Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective mid-to-large corporate clients (IT/ITes) via video-conferencing tools and sales meetings.

·        Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to client partners.

·        Liaise with the product development team to gain in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on navigational flow, addressing technical queries and/or any potential workflow changes clients would like. 

·        Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research, lead generation, database mining, and keeping on top of industry developments.

·        Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and travel trade.


 

Revenue Maximisation/Generation –

·        Preparation of presentations, sales kits, product demonstrations, and quotations to improve awareness of StayRelive and to generate forthcoming business queries/closures.

MIS/Database Management –

·        Maintain client database by inputting MIS data and updates in CRM, master database & monthly revenue reports.

·        Maintain Periodical Reports on competition mapping, client revenue MIS & market share, assisting the management with MIS.

·        Understand and assess the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, wholesalers/consolidators’ pricing strategies, onboarding & empanelment processes, etc., to determine effective and productive sales strategies to build market share.


Internal Co-ordination –

·        Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients with complete client information.

·        Collaborate with operations, sales & finance teams to ensure smooth workflow functioning on a day-to-day basis.

·        Work closely with the booking operations and finance team for pricing and to set up a client payment process, abiding by our payment policies.


 

Requirements –

·        Proven experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferred.

·        Leadership and organisational abilities.

·        Self-motivated with a strong ability to drive profitable, new business revenue, performance, and standards across specific markets.

·        Preferably 4-6 years of experience in the Travel/Hospitality Industry with knowledge of the travel-trade ecosystem.

·        Flexibility to work remotely and in a hybrid set-up.

·        A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities.

·        Willingness to travel.

·        Proficient user of Canva, Figma, MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint in particular).
