Global Supply Partnerships

Your Key Responsibilities -


  • The focus of the Supplier Account Executive will be to support all elements of the supply and relationship management with StayRelive’s suppliers.
  • You will be working towards proactively growing StayRelive’s partner relations across the globe, maintaining and developing existing supplier relationships to ensure that contracts, contacts and content are up to date.
  • You will be expected to help manage the supplier network through reviews, inventory mapping, and competitor insight and assist our sales and booking team with client-specific requirements.


Additional Role -


  • Assist in supplier content such as uploading properties to the supplier database/portal to support its continued growth and support the sales team with complete property profiles for client quotes and larger contract bids.
  • Research and source qualified Serviced Apartment properties via market investigation (Travel Wholesalers, Property Management Co., Holiday Home operators, OTA’s, etc, for existing clients in locations where we do not currently have partner properties.
  • Establish B2B relationships with Property Managers, Revenue Managers, and Sales & Reservation Teams to secure commissionable, exclusive and annuity rate contracts.
  • Present StayRelive's value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits our product and services offer to Apartment providers, property managers, and aggregators.
  • Manage pipeline overall business growth through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and sector knowledge to increase supply.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to expand our reach and relevance in landlord, real estate broker, and developer communities
  • Assisting suppliers in the onboarding process to include the upload of their properties, access to the supplier portal and negotiating of contracts.
  • Maintaining and developing existing supplier relationships to ensure that contacts and content are up to date.
  • Liaising with the sales/booking team to assist with enquiries that require immediate new suppliers and working collaboratively on new client acquisitions, onboarding, and client RFPs.
  • Working closely with other StayRelive teams to ensure all supplier news is communicated.


From time to time, you may be involved in the following responsibilities!

  • Qualifying and responding to new supplier enquiries.
  • Strategically, identifying and onboarding new suppliers in line with objectives.
  • Account management to include hosting supplier review meetings and monitoring overall supplier performance.
  • Identifying and managing serviced level issues, complaints, and any other issues through to resolution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial curiosity and can-do attitude suitable in a fast-growth, startup environment
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail & organizational skills
  • Be diplomatic and able to negotiate confidently.
  • Flexible approach, to be able to work reactively to the day-to-day business needs.
  • Practical and organized, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Be happy to “muck in” with other tasks as and when required.
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Experience of CRMs
  • Be well-presented and socially confident.
  • Be self-starting and able to work alone as well as in a team.
  • Have experience in international business.
  • Be available to travel when required.
