As a part of TheSqua.re group, a tech-enabled global accommodations company with a team of over 200 employees, you will be responsible for expanding our corporate and luxury serviced apartments offerings across major gateway cities worldwide. With a portfolio of 500,000+ serviced apartments in over 900 cities, all verified through our S210 Supplier Algorithm and S250 Apartment Algorithm, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our brand. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new corporate accounts to The Square AI platform. Cultivating long-term relationships with corporate clients in the serviced apartment and alternative accommodation sectors will also be a key focus. Additionally, you will manage and enhance existing corporate accounts to ensure client satisfaction and drive account expansion by providing tailored solutions that promote cost savings and environmental sustainability. Collaborating closely with clients, you will develop corporate housing programs that utilize our tech-based solutions to optimize their accommodation requirements. Representing TheSqua.re at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities will be part of your engagement strategy. Demonstrating a deep understanding of our SaaS products and solutions, you will position The Square AI as a technology-driven alternative to traditional providers. Leveraging self-working tools and automation, you will assist clients in efficiently managing their corporate accommodation programs. Your role will also involve frequent travel across India and the Asia-Pacific region to meet with clients and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise corporate accounts, preferably within the corporate travel, accommodation, or hospitality sectors. A proven track record in sales, account management, and business development in the Asia-Pacific region is essential, along with experience in SaaS solutions and an understanding of corporate accommodation needs. Key qualifications include a strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close new business, as well as demonstrated success in managing and expanding client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, along with proficiency in recruiting, leading, and managing sales teams. The ability to utilize technology to foster business growth and client engagement is paramount. We are looking for an outgoing, extroverted individual with a client-focused approach. A passion for technology and sustainability, combined with comfort in utilizing social media and event networking, will be highly valued in this role.
