Key Responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategies for

  solar cell and module verticals

  , aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and profitability goals (P&L ownership).
• Collaborate with

  R&D, manufacturing, and production

  teams to align commercial models with evolving technologies and product roadmaps.
• Lead

  techno-commercial BOM evaluations

  and drive procurement strategies supporting cost optimization, lean inventory, and

  JIT delivery

  .
• Build and manage strategic relationships with

  global and domestic suppliers

  , including negotiation and closure of high-value contracts.
• Work closely with

  legal, finance, and logistics

  teams to ensure seamless execution, contract governance, credit control, and compliance.
• Monitor

  market trends, policy, and regulatory changes

  , identify new business opportunities, and mitigate commercial risks proactively.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech /B.E. with MBA (Marketing /Operations /Finance).
• 10– 15years of experience in manufacturing industries, with at least 3 years in a commercial role in solar PV or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of solar technologies (PERC, TOPCon), policy frameworks, and global supply chains.
