How you will contribute: Preparing Information Memorandum & Project Reports for discussions with Banks & Financial Institutions (FIs). Preparing Financial Model for lenders with all the assumptions and in line with the project requirements. Preparing Project Term Loan Applications & other documents for Loan Syndication. Discussing fund based/non-fund-based facilities terms and conditions with the potential lenders. Completing the PDC requirements including opening of TRA account, appointment of lender's consultants, all undertakings, finalization of reports from lenders, consultants and all other requirements as part of facility agreement. Making Debt Arrangement for the projects. Executing the Credit Appraisals and addressing all the queries that arise during the appraisal process. Issuance of letter of credit for vendors in order to secure supplies for projects. Issuance of EMD and PBG as and when required to meet the Project requirements. Complete documentation for Credit rating. Meeting the compliance requirement from lenders for credit facilities in different SPVs by arranging the documents through internal coordination. Collection of Data from concern department periodically; prepare and update MIS. Providing information to rating teams and Coordinating site visits.
