AGM/DGM - Wind Project Development

We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for Wind Project Development.

If you have an expertise in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of wind energy projects, then this is the role for you!

How you will contribute:

• Identification of wind and wind solar hybrid sites.
• Due diligence of the site from technical and commercial aspects.
• Closely working with HQ team for WTG procurement and Wind Resource Assessment team.
• Leading the negotiations with Vendors.
• Overseeing the key Govt approvals pertaining to wind components.
• Closely coordinating with HQ SCM team for closure of contracts.
• Working with Vendors for timely execution of wind projects.
• Assist Regional Project Management team for tracking the project progress.

Ideal Skills for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in wind project development, preferably in the renewable energy sector, with a track record of leading complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project development tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
