Job Description

Job Objective

To drive branch level business growth by achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing branch operations, and leading high-performing teams while ensuring excellent client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Branch Performance

  • Drive identified initiatives at the branch to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Plan and implement key market development and sales operations initiatives.
  • Identify critical issues impacting branch sales and take corrective actions.
  • Monitor sales targets on a

    weekly and monthly basis

    .
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns within the branch.
  • Improve overall branch productivity and performance.
  • Validate branch feedback and performance data and report to the

    Zonal Head

    .
  • Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Achieve sales targets from

    existing, returning, and new clients

    .
  • Oversee end-to-end branch operations and client servicing.

People Management

  • Manage branch manpower to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct training and development for branch staff.
  • Implement performance and potential management systems.
  • Support career planning and development of key employees.
  • Identify underperforming employees and take corrective measures.
  • Drive continuous people development initiatives.

Market & Customer Engagement

  • Maintain strong engagement with branch customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collect market feedback on pricing, product quality, competition, and schemes.
  • Communicate business support requirements from Head Office to the Zonal Head.

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Candidate should be from Jewellery / Diamond industry only
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

compensation:

  • Salary Range - 5 to 10 LPA
