Job Title: Assistant manager Location: [UP NCR] Department: Sales Reports To: Business Head Location - Sector 02 Noida ,UP Interview Mode – F2F Interview Rounds - 3 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales to drive new business growth for our high-speed internet and connectivity solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution Identify and prospect enterprise-level businesses in target markets. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Present and sell tailored internet connectivity solutions, including Managed Wi-Fi, Firewall, Voice, SD-WAN solutions, and managed services. Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement, etc.). Conduct needs assessments and proposes optimal connectivity solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses. Pipeline & Forecasting Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management. Work closely with pre-sales engineers, technical teams, and support to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings. Requirements: Experience selling services like fiber internet, dedicated leased lines, or managed network solutions. Existing relationships with enterprise IT buyers in target geography. Strong understanding of networking and internet infrastructure solutions. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, graduate or postgraduate 3–7 years of enterprise sales experience in telecom, ISP, or IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
