Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Fatehpur. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and supporting staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Organizational and management skills; experience in overseeing daily operations and supporting staff
• Customer service and sales skills; proven ability to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Strategic planning and implementation skills; ability to develop strategies to improve efficiency
• Performance evaluation and compliance skills; experience in conducting evaluations and maintaining regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
