👩‍💼 Role Overview:

As an AGM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and Sales Leadership to manage end-to-end sales processes, optimize funnel performance, and ensure cross-functional alignment between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

You’ll be responsible for turning insight into action – analyzing performance metrics, supporting revenue initiatives, and helping build scalable processes for a fast-moving SaaS team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Support the day-to-day sales operations and team management

✅ Monitor and report on KPIs like pipeline, MRR, conversion rate, and churn

✅ Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and funnel performance

✅ Improve CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and sales workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce)

✅ Assist with onboarding, training, and performance reviews of sales reps

✅ Work with leadership on quarterly planning, forecasts, and revenue targets

✅ Lead internal sales ops initiatives to improve efficiency and team productivity

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 4–6 years of experience in SaaS sales or sales operations

🔹 Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, KPIs, and customer journeys

🔹 Strong leadership potential and communication skills

🔹 Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

🔹 Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic sales analytics

🔹 Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented
