Profile- Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Location- Indore

Experience- 10 years

CTC: ₹12 – ₹18 LPA

Working Days- 6 days (10am-7 pm)/ (11am-8 pm )

Role Purpose:

Second-in-command ensures smooth functioning of all operational & client-facing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day workflow between sales, design, logistics, and accounts.

· Monitor client satisfaction, sales performance & reporting.

· Support GM in budgeting, manpower planning, and performance reviews.

· Solve operational challenges and client escalations quickly.

Requirements:

· Graduate / MBA with 8–12 yrs in interiors, retail, or design industry.

· Excellent team handling & problem-solving abilities.

Personality Fit: Systematic, organized, energetic multitasker.
