Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies usage.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
