We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The Assistant Manager will assist in planning, supervising, and executing business processes while acting as a bridge between employees and management. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Assist the Manager in overseeing day-to-day business operations.
Supervise and guide team members to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
Resolve issues, escalate concerns when needed, and implement solutions promptly.
Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory (if applicable).
Support in employee training, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.
Step in for the Manager during absences, ensuring continuity of operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
