We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in strategic planning, business decision-making, and coordination across key functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced talent solutions environment.
• Assist the CEO in driving strategic initiatives related to business growth, operations, and client success
• Conduct market research, prepare business analysis, and support decision-making with data-backed insights
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and communication notes
• Support client engagement, business reviews, and key partnerships when required
• Provide administrative oversight including scheduling, documentation, meeting facilitation, and confidential correspondence
• Monitor recruitment pipeline performance and assist in revenue and operations tracking
• Represent the CEO professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• 3–10 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Executive Support, or HR/Recruitment coordination roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage responsibilities independently
• Proactive, dependable, and aligned with organizational goals
• Work closely with senior leadership on high-impact business priorities
• Exposure to end-to-end staffing business strategy and operations
