Job Description

Role Overview:

The Category Manager at Delberto is responsible for end-to-end supply chain coordination within their assigned product category. This includes supplier onboarding, managing product dispatches, maintaining TAT (Turnaround Time), and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and resellers. The role bridges supply-side efficiency and demand-side fulfillment to ensure a seamless dropshipping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Onboarding & Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint new suppliers including local artisans, manufacturers, and SHGs.
  • Ensure accurate product listings in the Delberto Product Bank.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure timely availability and quality of products.
  • Dispatch & Order Fulfillment
  • Monitor daily dispatch schedules and ensure timely shipping.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers for smooth dispatch and delivery processes.
  • TAT (Turnaround Time) Monitoring
  • Track order processing timelines from supplier to customer.
  • Implement and maintain category-wise SLAs for product movement.
  • Resolve bottlenecks that could delay delivery or impact reseller satisfaction.
  • Supplier Coordination
  • Daily communication with suppliers to manage inventory, pricing, packaging, and quality.
  • Assist suppliers in addressing order-related queries and system usage issues.
  • Reseller Coordination
  • Act as the point of contact for resellers under assigned category.
  • Address and resolve order fulfillment, product, or pricing concerns.
  • Share regular updates with resellers regarding product availability, new launches, and dispatch timelines.
  • Issue Resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalations from either suppliers or resellers.
  • Collaborate with customer service and logistics for quick issue closures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask across suppliers and resellers
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, category management, or vendor management preferred
  • Proficient in using dashboards, Excel, or ERP tools
  • Problem-solving and deadline-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
