Assistant Category Manager

As an Assistant Category Manager at our leading logistics tech company, your role is crucial in handling the P&L for the LCV category in the city. Your responsibilities will include: - Constantly maintaining an oversupply effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads through efficient training and retention. - Engaging in supply/customer retention activities such as partner engagement validation, zonal-wise supply fulfillment, and customer retention. - Actively moderating and leveraging the driver/customer community to enhance service quality. - Executing marketing and branding initiatives as per BTL plans. - Gathering market and competitive intelligence to create actionable insights. - Analyzing data, preparing reports, and monitoring performances to identify business problems and provide solutions. - Identifying, building, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for process improvement. - Leading a team of 20+ high-performing individuals, tracking their efficiency, and deploying corrective measures. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong communication and team handling skills. - Proficiency in supply/demand planning. - Ability in data analysis, problem-solving, and report-making (MS-Excel/Google Sheets). - Knowledge of the local language of the region.
