About the Role:

We’re seeking an Assistant Manager – Category (Accessories) to drive category growth, performance, and customer experience for a leading fashion e-commerce platform. This role is responsible for end-to-end category ownership, including sales planning, brand performance management, and customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Driving Sales

Develop, implement, and track plans to improve category KPIs including conversion, AOV, and traffic

Deliver top-line revenue within approved budgets to meet P&L goals

Manage on-site content to support monthly & seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategy

Monitoring Brand Performance

Secure margins in line with business objectives

Negotiate budgets, set goals, and report performance metrics

Plan & execute brand campaigns across platforms; take corrective actions where needed

Track brand recognition, awareness, and performance across defined formats

🤝 Improve Customer Experience & Retention

Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation & optimization

Build processes to improve customer retention

Analyze user experience across touchpoints using web analytics and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

✅ 4–6 years of experience in Category Management / E-commerce

✅ Strong experience with Excel & PowerPoint (Advanced)

✅ Ability to manage category P&L, brand relationships, and sales strategies

Preferred Skills:

⭐ Prior experience in Accessories or related fashion categories

⭐ Strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and planning capability
