Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at the Crowne Plaza hotel. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the bar area, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality beverages.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, wine lists, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
