Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Asset Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in managing Asset, IMAC process, asset reconciliation

Job Responsibilities

Create & Maintain Asset database Asset database to contain Serial numbers, Configuration, Warranty, AMC, Location, Department & Other important details required for analysis Track & Update IMAC weekly Assist Customer to backline support to respective vendors after warranty expiry Maintain spare assets Quarterly Asset reconciliation with Finance database Monitoring & Tracking of all Assets (IT hardware & software)To install standard application and software approved by CUSTOMER.To track the rental machines taken on rent through the established process using the Service Desk.To coordinate with Customer/Vendor and follow-up for the installation of new hardware and update the warranty/AMC details in database & notify contract renewals.To create a list of all Hardware inventory relating to the in-scope IT infrastructure.To create service provider’s asset tagging for all in-scope IT infrastructure Asset inventory accuracy of 99%.To record all changes due to transfers, reallocations, upgrades of machines, software Installations and de-installations using asset tagging codes.To establish core load application and its variants.Tracking of rental machines, if taken on rent through the established process using the helpdesk (process to be defined).To advise Customer about any illegal software, if found.Coordinate with Customer as well as vendor and follow-up for the installation of the new hardware and update the warranty details accordingly.To delete the asset from the records after approval and confirmation from Customer respective authorities.Physical asset inventory to be taken once in Six Months and periodical validation of existing inventory and total ownership of inventory.PRPO process should be aligned with the inventory and payment.Manage of Customer owned licenses as per Customer set process and accountable for client versions installed.Asset tag should be pasted by vendor on each equipment to avoid AMC dispute in terms of serial number mismatch.IMAC Services To adhere to security policies defined for desktop/laptop/server by Customer.Maintain IT Asset management in Portal.Quarterly Verification of IT Asset inventory with Finance Asset register & adhering finance SOW 100% ComplianceTo conduct physical audit for IT asset half yearly.Tool based MIS Reports on Infrastructure Asset Count – Quarterly Infrastructure Asset Audit (Physical) – Twice in a Year Half Yearly Asset Audit Weekly IMAC report Monthly Asset reportTechnical Skills/Knowledge Requirement
