Good understand of IMAC & CMDB database and End user computing along with Asset management
1+ years experience in IT with preferable knowledge of HAM with asset IMAC & CMDB
Knowledge and good experience in Ms-Excel
Inventory planning, asset database accuracy, Physical verification & reconciliation
Will oversee the Hardware Asset Management operation for a region. Responsible to handle the end user requirements for asset installation & CMDB Mapping
Should possess good communication and writing skills (English)
Good experience in People Management
Managing Escalations
Good exposure on Physical Asset Verification tools like (SCCM, McAF & End-points)
