Job Description

Designation - Asset Executive

Experience - 0 - 2

Location - Mumbai

Education - Any Graduate

Asset Management:

Maintain and update the IT asset inventory (hardware and software).
Track procurement, deployment, reallocation, and disposal of IT assets.
Tag and label IT equipment as per company standards.
Maintain accurate records in the asset management system.

IT Exit Process:

Coordinate with HR and IT teams to initiate IT offboarding for employees exiting the organization.
Disable and revoke user access from systems, applications, and networks upon exit.
Perform data backup and system wipe as per company policies.
Ensure devices are formatted, cleaned, and prepared for re-use or secure disposal.
Maintain a checklist and records of IT exit activities.
Document asset handover and ensure proper updates in the inventory system
