Job Summary: Park Engage is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our innovative parking solution products within the corporate sector. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with businesses, commercial properties, and other organizations that require efficient and technologically advanced parking management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of solution selling, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Responsibilities: Identify and Prospect Potential Clients: Research and identify key decision-makers within target corporate accounts (e.g., office buildings, retail centers, hospitals, universities, logistics hubs etc). Proactively generate leads through various methods, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory. Adapt strategies based on market trends and client needs. Understand Client Needs and Provide Solutions: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' parking challenges and objectives. Present tailored solutions from our portfolio of parking management systems, access control, payment solutions, and related technologies. Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of our parking solutions through compelling presentations and product demonstrations (both online and in-person). Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all leads, opportunities. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Market Awareness and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the parking solutions market. Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the parking industry Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment. Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and the ability to articulate the value proposition of technical products. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate decision-making processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of additional regional languages would be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS-based solutions. Familiarity with parking management technologies, including access control, payment systems, and analytics. Existing network of contacts within the corporate sector in the Delhi/NCR region.
