Company Name - OutworX Solutions Pvt Ltd. Location - Sec-63, Noida. Near Electronic City metro station Work Mode - WFO (5 days/week), Day Shift, No WFH/Hybrid Required : Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation Skills. Need to have experience in complete End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for clients. Sourcing, screening, Cold-calling, head hunting and short-listing of eligible resumes for the clients requirements Sourcing experience on various platforms for acquiring suitable profiles (i.e Job portals/boards, Headhunting, Referencing, Social Networking Sites, Job Postings etc) Good understanding of different IT domains (Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, embedded etc) Must have experience in contractual hiring (C2H) of resources preferably in IT Infrastructure & cyber security domain Expertise in hiring across all career levels (Junior to Sr. Manager/Architect levels) Maintaining Candidate and client relationship and keep track of candidates in database Proven experience in performing under tight deadline and pressure environment Preferred candidate profile : Must have worked in IT staffing/consultancy environment Must Have experience on IT Contract hiring. Must have experience on IT Infrastructure and IT security hiring. Quick joiners will be preferred Note: US/APAC Staffing candidates please don't apply.
