Role & responsibilities

Seeking a seasoned Senior IT Domestic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers or account managers to understand job requirements and client expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs), LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and social media.
• Conduct detailed telephonic and video interviews to assess technical fit, communication, and availability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
• Negotiate salary expectations, notice period, and offer closures with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, AWS, SAP, etc.).
• Maintain ATS/database updates with daily submissions, interview schedules, and closures.
• Generate regular recruitment metrics and reports for leadership review.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in IT domestic staffing.
• Experience of 1 to 2+ years in the immediate previous company
• Strong knowledge of full recruitment life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Understanding of Indian IT market, compensation structures, and visa/work norms
