Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and screen IT software profiles across multiple technologies.
  • Review and evaluate resumes to match client job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate technical fit, experience, and communication.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, daily activity reports, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3+ years

    of experience in

    Indian domestic IT recruitment

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory

    .
  • Strong experience in

    screening and evaluating IT resumes

    across technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Excellent

    communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
