Role & responsibilities

experienced Indian Domestic IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and screen IT software profiles across multiple technologies.
Review and evaluate resumes to match client job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate technical fit, experience, and communication.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, daily activity reports, and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3+ years
of experience in
Indian domestic IT recruitment
.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
.
Strong experience in
screening and evaluating IT resumes
across technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Data Engineering, etc.).
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience coordinating with clients and hiring managers.
Strong understanding of market trends and salary benchmarks.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements at once.
