Responsibilities:

Interact with
direct clients
to understand open roles
Work on
permanent, contract, and C2H
positions
Source and screen candidates from multiple platforms
Negotiate rates (W2 / C2C / 1099)
Submit quality profiles and manage interview schedules
Maintain strong relationship with consultants
Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Track submissions and maintain ATS updates

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong experience working with
Direct Clients / Prime Vendors
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with
Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
Ability to work EST shifts

Technical Recruiting Skills:

Recruiting for
Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, .NET, SAP, Network/Security
, etc.
Experience understanding
job requirements and technical keywords
Hands-on with
submittal tracking
, creating pipelines, and candidate engagement

Client Interaction Skills:

Must have
daily interaction with client managers
Ability to
gather requirements
, understand priorities, negotiate rates

client delivery and performance metrics
Should have experience working with
Tier-1 vendors or direct corporate clients
