Job Description

We have 5 opening for SAP FICO, where we are focusing candidates with Lead experience , SAP FICO ( 2positions)- Lead role (implementation experience with S4hana) SAP FICO (2 positions- implementation- S4hana) Only Bangalore SAP FI(1 position- Night shift- support role)- Remote Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants through end-to-end implementations and support projects. Provide strategic direction and expert-level guidance in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting). Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules. Oversee the design, documentation, and testing of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing leadership, training, and feedback. Manage client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and meeting project timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring continuous system improvement. Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role. Expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of consultants. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
