Role & responsibilities

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  as an

  SAP FICO Functional Consultant

  , preferably in the

  real estate industry

  .
• Strong functional knowledge of

  AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, and Taxation

  (Direct & Indirect).
• Experience in providing

  daily production support

  to Finance & Accounts users, including analysis and resolution of FICO-related issues.
• Ability to support and coordinate with

  100+ business users

  , and interact with

  senior management, CFO, and auditors

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  end-to-end implementation activities

  , including

  Blueprinting, Realization, Final Preparation, Data Migration, Testing, and Go-Live support

  .
• Expertise in

  Master Data Management

  such as Vendor Master, GL Master, Profit Center, Cost Center, and Tax Codes.
• Experience in

  system configuration, documentation maintenance, validations, and enhancements

  in existing SAP FICO setups.
• Proficient in conducting

  unit testing, integration testing, system security, and data integrity testing

  .
• Strong exposure to

  Month-End and Year-End closing activities

  , including balance carry-forward, WIP processing, costing period close, and financial closing activities.
• Experience in

  Asset Accounting fiscal year closing and opening

  , including maintenance of number ranges.
• Knowledge of

  new company code creation

  and handling

  tax-related statutory changes or enhancements

  .
• Good understanding of

  API-based integrations

  ,

  SAP RISE

  , and

  third-party system integrations

  .
• Strong

  communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

  , issue analysis, and resolution for Finance & Accounts users

  implementation and rollout activities

  (Blueprinting to Go-Live)
• Hands-on experience in

  Master Data Management

  (Vendor, GL, Cost/Profit Centers, Tax Codes)
• Experience in

  Month-End and Year-End closing activities

• Basic understanding of

  SAP RISE and third-party/API integrations

• Good communication skills with a

  customer-focused, service-oriented mindset
