Sap Fico Consultant

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5-7 years of strong implementation expertise. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes with business operations.

Notice Period: Immediate-30 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in

  full-cycle SAP FICO implementations

  (Requirement gathering Design Configuration Testing Go-live Support).
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules:

  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA)

  .
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
• Conduct

  unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

  with business users.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for integration points.
• Prepare

  functional specifications

  for RICEFW objects and coordinate with ABAP team.
• Support

  S/4HANA Finance transformation projects

  and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of

  SAP FICO implementation experience

  (minimum 23 end-to-end implementations).
• Strong knowledge of

  financial processes

  (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
• Hands-on expertise in

  COPA, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis

  .
• Exposure to

  SAP Group Reporting

  or

  S/4HANA Finance

  is highly desirable.
• Ability to prepare

  functional documentation

  and manage client interactions independently.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
