Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We at TATA Technologies looking for experienced candidate for SAP FICO for Gurugram location. Please check the below JD for more information

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Total Exp: 5-7 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Notice Period: Immediate-30 Days

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and participate in
full-cycle SAP FICO implementations
(Requirement gathering Design Configuration Testing Go-live Support).
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-PCA, COPA)
.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
Conduct
unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
with business users.
Provide
post-implementation support
and resolve issues within SLAs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR) for integration points.
Prepare
functional specifications
for RICEFW objects and coordinate with ABAP team.
Support
S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
and migrations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-7 years of
SAP FICO implementation experience
(minimum 23 end-to-end implementations).
Strong knowledge of
financial processes
(GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
Hands-on expertise in
COPA, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis
.
Exposure to
SAP Group Reporting
or
S/4HANA Finance
is highly desirable.
Ability to prepare
functional documentation
and manage client interactions independently.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
