Governance of OME, ERT, ESV team.
Monitor tickets for station/ERT/ESV/Customer.
Ensure daily maintenance of station
Maintain station uptime
Liasioning with EB board
Coordination with ISP and maintain internet uptime.
EB/internet/Rental bill collection and payout
Responsible for customer escalation
Responsible for Asset safety(BP, station,vehicle)
Training operator, supervisor, ERT member, ESV driver
