• Utilize ticketing tools to track and manage asset requests and incidents effectively.
• Oversee the entire asset life cycle, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities to support asset management processes.
• Collaborate with ITSM (IT Service Management) teams to enhance asset management practices.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into asset utilization and allocation.
• Assist in the allocation of IT assets to various departments, ensuring timely delivery and support.
• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Proficiency in ticketing tools and asset life cycle management.
• Strong understanding of IMAC processes and ITSM frameworks.
• Familiarity with IT asset management principles and practices.
• Excellent skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
