Job Summary

The Asset Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s asset portfolio, ensuring the efficient use, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of assets across their lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with finance, operations, and compliance teams to maintain asset integrity, value, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the acquisition, deployment, and disposal of physical and digital assets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers and tracking systems.
• Monitor

  , usage, and depreciation schedules.
• Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of assets.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT departments on asset-related planning.
• Ensure

  compliance

  with legal, financial, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare reports on asset utilization, performance, and ROI.
• Recommend strategies to improve asset performance and cost efficiency.
• Knowledge the ticketing tool: (i.e. Service now/ BMC remedy tool/ any Tool)
• Manage the daily basis BAU operation for client site.
• Monitor the ticket for reported issue in user end.
• Handle the weekly daily basis report: TYDY, Asset BIN pending ticket report and SLA report.
• Handle the daily basis Asset allocation and asset deallocation And manage the data base updating in SNOW tool and Share drive on daily basis.
• Manage the weekly asset inventory and asset tagging.
• Shipment receiving on daily basis.
• Creating Gate Pass Like as Inward none returnable, Inward returnable, Outward returnable & Outward none returnable in Happy visitor portal.
• Manage the all security Team process like as asset checking/Vendor person entry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Regular)
• 1.6 years of experience in asset management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficiency in asset management systems and tools.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
