Job DescriptionArtist Onboarding & Membership Sales Lead the artist onboarding process, ensuring a smooth registration and profile creation experience. Pitch and sell StarClinch’s subscription plans (Economy, Premium, Elite) to newly onboarded artists by showcasing platform benefits and success stories. Drive conversions from free sign-ups to paid memberships, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build strong relationships with artists across categories (musicians, comedians, dancers, anchors, etc.) to encourage long-term platform engagement.Sales Strategy & Consultative Pitching Understand artist needs and position StarClinch’s membership plans as the best solution to grow their career. Educate artists on how premium features (visibility, profile boosts, bidding access, etc.) increase their chances of getting booked. Share insights on industry trends and category performance to strengthen the sales pitch and close deals faster.Profile Management & Quality Control Ensure artists who purchase memberships have premium-quality, discoverable profiles (bios, images, pricing, categories, etc.). Regularly audit and optimize profiles to reflect market readiness and platform standards. Guide the team in updating and maintaining accurate artist data to enhance sales outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Client Relations team to align artist supply with client demand. Partner with Marketing to create sales campaigns, promotional offers, and engagement strategies for artist memberships. Collaborate with the Product team to improve the Artist Cockpit, ensuring it drives higher adoption and renewals.Leadership & Reporting Manage and mentor a small team of interns/associates handling profile updates, onboarding calls, and follow-ups. Track sales funnel metrics (sign-ups, pitches, conversions, renewals) and share reports on onboarding progress and revenue growth. Continuously refine sales pitches and strategies based on data-driven insights.Requirements 3–5 years of experience in artist management, talent relations, entertainment/media, or a communication-heavy role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi and/or regional languages is a plus). Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse talent and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with the entertainment industry, talent ecosystem, and social media platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive, empathetic, and capable of balancing artist needs with company policies.
