Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, creating contracts, and scheduling meetings. CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate customer information, sales activities, and communication logs. Reporting: Prepare and compile sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the management team. Proactive Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new leads and drive sales. Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as customer support, marketing, and finance, to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries from existing and prospective subscribers, including answering queries submitted by prospects over social media channels , directing them to the appropriate sales representative or providing initial information. Pipeline Management: Assist with tracking the sales pipeline, helping to monitor lead progression and identify potential bottlenecks. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.Zoho, HubSpot,Odoo etc) and Microsoft Office Suite. Your work will directly impact artist satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of Aruva's booking and promotions services. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio creation and updation of artists, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Aruva is positive. Artist Advocacy: Act as an internal advocate for artists, ensuring their creative and professional goals are understood and integrated into Aruva's promotional strategies and booking efforts. Venue Promotion: Actively promote artists and their booking opportunities to various venues, including restaurants, bars, and event spaces , to secure performance slots and increase artist visibility. Booking and Promotions Coordination: Facilitate the booking process and coordinate promotional campaigns by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute events, media placements, and marketing initiatives. Onboarding & Education: Guide new artists through the onboarding process, educating them on Aruvas platform, services, and best practices. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns from artists or their teams in a timely and professional manner. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, artist development, and emerging talent to identify new opportunities for Aruvas business. Event Representation: Represent Aruva at industry events, conferences, and showcases to network and scout for new talent. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the success of promotional campaigns and bookings for each artist in your portfolio. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in artist relations, talent management, event management or a similar role within the music, entertainment, or media industries. Deep understanding of the music and entertainment ecosystem, including the roles of artists, managers, agents, labels, and publicists. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for supporting artists and a comprehensive knowledge of current music genres and trends.
