Position Summary The Sales Coordinator will be a vital member of the sales team, responsible for providing essential sales, administrative and logistical support. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day sales operations of our subscription sales process, from processing leads and customer queries to maintaining accurate customer data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can help streamline our operations and contribute to a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, creating contracts, and scheduling meetings. Order and Renewal Processing: Manage the processing of new subscription orders, upgrades, and renewals, ensuring all information is accurate and timely. CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate customer information, sales activities, and communication logs. Reporting: Prepare and compile sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for the management team. Proactive Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new leads and drive sales. Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as customer support, marketing, and finance, to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries from existing and prospective subscribers, including answering queries submitted by prospects over social media channels , directing them to the appropriate sales representative or providing initial information. Pipeline Management: Assist with tracking the sales pipeline, helping to monitor lead progression and identify potential bottlenecks. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.Zoho, HubSpot,Odoo etc) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
