Artist Relations Specialist

As an Artist Relations Executive at Aruva, your role is crucial in nurturing strong relationships with artists, event promoters, and booking agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for artists, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Aruva is positive. - Act as an internal advocate for artists, ensuring their goals are integrated into promotional strategies and booking efforts. - Actively promote artists to various venues to secure performance slots and increase visibility. - Facilitate booking process, coordinate promotional campaigns, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. - Guide new artists through onboarding process and educate them on Aruva's platform and services. - Address and resolve any issues or concerns from artists in a timely and professional manner. - Stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities for Aruva's business. - Represent Aruva at industry events to network and scout for new talent. - Monitor and report on the success of promotional campaigns and bookings. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in artist relations, talent management, or a similar role in the music, entertainment, or media industries. - Deep understanding of the music and entertainment ecosystem. - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for supporting artists and comprehensive knowledge of current music genres and trends.
