We seek an AI Consultant to build a complete AI roadmap transforming The Chulha Tales Kitchens LLP into a profitable, data-driven, and scalable hospitality and QSR brand.

Phase 1 – Setup:

Design AI-ready data infrastructure integrating POS, ERP, CRM, and analytics dashboards. Automate inventory, cost control, and procurement systems.

Phase 2 – Market Intelligence:

Use AI to analyze hyperlocal demand, competitor pricing, and regional tastes. Generate insights to identify top-performing dishes and regions.

Phase 3 – Menu–Location Prediction:

Develop models for Menu Fit Index (MFI), Consumer Demand Rate (CDR), and Geo Heat Maps to match the right menu to the right location. Conduct menu gap analysis and prioritize launches.

Phase 4 – Recipe & Product Innovation:

Use AI to optimize recipes, improve yield, and forecast food trends to build scalable and consistent SKUs.

Phase 5 – Marketing & Retention:

Automate digital campaigns, sentiment tracking, and CRM engagement for high customer retention and loyalty.

Phase 6 – Financial & Scalability Intelligence:

Implement real-time P&L and ROI dashboards. Forecast cash flow, assess outlet performance, and define a 1–3 year AI growth and scalability roadmap with team training.
