About the Role

Looking for an experienced AI Consultant to guide teams on AI adoption, build PoCs, implement LLM & RAG solutions, improve productivity, and drive AI innovation across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & prioritize AI use cases aligned with business goals
• Guide developers in implementing AI (LLMs, RAG, APIs) using tools such as

  GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automation frameworks

  .
• Enable testers with

  AI-based QA techniques

  , evaluation frameworks & test automation.
• Design and deliver end-to-end

  AI PoCs

  and workflow optimization solutions.
• Enforce

  Responsible AI

  , governance, security & compliance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 8 years in

  AI/ML or software development

  with hands-on GenAI/LLM implementation.
• Strong in

  Java, JavaScript, Python

  ; familiarity with

  Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI

  , etc.
• Proficient with IDEs:

  IntelliJ, VS Code, Cursor, Windsurf

  , etc.
• Experience with

  ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini

  .
• Knowledge of

  Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  .
• Experience with

  Tableau, analytics, AI-driven reporting

  .
• Good understanding of

  MLOps/LLMOps, Prompt Engineering, RAG

  .
• Strong communication & stakeholder management.
  

Qualification

• Bachelors/Master’s in

  Engineering / Computer Science / related field
