Area Sales Manager

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Spare Parts (Two-Wheelers) Department: Sales & Distribution Location: [Raebareilly] Job Purpose: To drive and manage the sales and distribution of two-wheeler spare parts in the assigned area, ensuring revenue growth, channel development, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for spare parts in the designated area. Monitor dealer and distributor performance to ensure consistent growth. Channel Management: Develop and manage distributors, retailers, and mechanics network. Handle dealer onboarding, training, and regular engagement activities. Ensure adequate inventory levels and timely supply to dealers. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Increase brand visibility and part number penetration across touchpoints. Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and implement promotional activities to drive sales and customer loyalty. Coordinate with the marketing team for mechanic meets, retail schemes, etc. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and mechanics. Resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular feedback to the management team on performance metrics and challenges. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate Experience: 5–8 years in sales and distribution, preferably in the two-wheeler auto parts industry Skills: Strong knowledge of spare parts and supply chain Excellent communication and negotiation skills Team management and leadership abilities
