Area Sales Manager

Job Profile: - Area Sales Manager Job Summary: The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding the market share of two-wheeler parts within a designated geographic area. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in two-wheeler parts, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.   Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and service centres. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs. Regularly visit customers to understand their requirements and provide after-sales support. 3. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze competitor information and market trends to adjust sales strategies. Provide insights and suggestions to management for product improvements and new product launches. Working Conditions:Field-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned area (outstation also). Flexible working hours may be required to meet customer needs. Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or two-wheeler parts sector. Skills: Strong knowledge of two-wheeler parts and the automotive industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
