Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as needed. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Address customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Forecasting Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Track KPIs to measure sales effectiveness and team performance. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
